We offer both semaglutide and tirzepatide for weight loss. Both injections mimic naturally occurring hormones in the body that increase insulin and inhibit glucagon. These hormones also delay stomach emptying, which in turn can cause you to feel fuller faster and for a longer period of time.

Since both injections were intended to treat type 2 diabetes and were not manufactured explicitly for weight loss it is important to remember that a change in diet and exercise is necessary to accompany these medications. 

At Harmony Aesthetics, we administer weight loss injections in the office weekly. Our physician requires that we monitor each patient’s muscle mass weekly with our InBody to ensure there is no reduction in muscle while you are losing weight. Because of this, we are unable to accommodate self administration of shots.

A complementary Lipo-Plex Plus injection is included with each semaglutide or tirzepatide injection.
